Vancouver, Canada – September 9, 2025 – Viscou Vancouver, Canada – September 9, 2025 – Viscount Mining Corp. (TSX-V: VML) (OTCQX: VLMGF) is pleased to outline the next stages of exploration at its flagship Silver Cliff Project in Custer County, Colorado. Building on a strong technical foundation and recent discovery success, the Company is advancing both the Kate Silver Resource (“KSR”) and the Passiflora porphyry Copper-Gold deposit with expanded programs designed to grow resources and better focused drill targeting.

Advancing the Kate Silver Resource

The Kate Deposit currently hosts a NI 43-101 compliant resource of 10.3 million ounces measured and indicated at an average grade of 72 g/t silver, plus 14.2 million ounces inferred at 52 g/t silver. The upcoming program will integrate surface mapping, geochemical sampling, and geophysics to delineate drill targeting. The goal is to expand the existing resource by validating up to 25 million ounces of historical silver estimates and adding these into the compliant framework.

Vancouver, Canada – May 29, 2025 – Viscount Mi Vancouver, Canada – May 29, 2025 – Viscount Mining Corp. (TSX-V: VML) (OTCQX: VLMGF) ("Viscount" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of seasoned geologist Christina Ricks to its Advisory Board. Christina brings over 15 years of exploration and project management experience across North America, with a strong focus on sediment-hosted gold, massive sulphide, and porphyry molybdenum-tungsten systems.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Eastern Washington University and began her career in 2008 with Agnico Eagle (USA) Limited, where she rose to the role of Project Manager. Her work included supporting heap leach gold projects in Nevada, Mexico, as well as conducting porphyry exploration in the Yukon and British Columbia.

Most recently, Christina was a major contributor to the geological team that identified key copper porphyry indicators, including extensive veining and sulphide zones, which are critical to understanding the deposit's potential in Viscount’s Passiflora Project in Colorado. The first drill hole reached a downhole depth of 1,143 meters, intersecting continuous sulphide mineralization throughout. Noteworthy sulfides including chalcopyrite, galena, sphalerite and pyrite prevailing over a continuous drill interval of 1100m. This hole in the Passiflora target seems to have most of the mineral assemblage and alteration zones that are typical of most known copper porphyry systems.

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - Apr Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 10, 2025) - Viscount Mining Corp. (VML:CA) (OTC Pink: VLMGF) ("Viscount" or "the Company") is pleased to provide an update on the recent drilling progress at our Passiflora project in Silver Cliff, Colorado.

During drilling activities on the first deep Passiflora core hole (see news release March 20, 2025) our field geologists observed compelling geological features that suggest a potential for valuable deposits in copper porphyry systems.

While drilling between 450m and 970m depth, the team began to suspect that alteration types typically found in copper porphyry systems might have been overprinted-an indication of a complex and potentially significant mineralization process. To investigate this further, six thin sections were prepared from core samples within this depth range. These thin sections reinforce the original hypothesis that this is a potential copper porphyry.

The analysis of these thin sections revealed intriguing findings, confirming the presence of overprinting. Minerals that are typically associated with distinct alteration types were found in close association with one another. Notably, biotite and chlorite were observed on the same slides, a common occurrence in porphyries that points to multiple stages of alteration. Additionally, evidence of finely interstitial sulfides was noted, and a sample was identified to contain tourmaline, a mineral commonly found in porphyry systems.

Viscount Mining Drilling Intercepts 1100m of Signi Viscount Mining Drilling Intercepts 1100m of Significant Sulfides In First Deep Drill Hole at the Passiflora in Silver Cliff, Colorado.

• According to Quantec geoscientists, a deposit with this large size and this high of a conductivity (extremely low resistivity) is likely explained by a significant system of interconnected mineralized fractures.

• The main body of the conductive anomaly starts at a depth of ~400m and continues to a depth of ~1.5km, maybe deeper. The detectable length of the anomaly is ~1.4km in the SW-NE direction with a width of at least 700m and an open interpretation to the untested NW. This represents a total volume of over 665,000,000m3 as determined by Quantec.
